It’s our pleasure to present you Diana and Brandon, an extremely beautiful couple that really knows how to put on a classy wedding! From the Oviatt Penthouse, the ceremony venue, to the LA Athletic club where the after party took place – you can tell this couple has a natural sense of style and appreciation for beautiful locations! From the magic cocktails, to countless happy family members and friends, and the dancing that ensues throughout the night you can tell this was a wedding not to be forgotten!

Diana was kind enough to tell us a bit about her special day and how Storymix was a valuable asset at the wedding!

“I always knew that on our wedding day, I’d have a great photographer.  Someone to capture the big moments, the private moments, and the wonderful chaos in between.  But a videographer?  Another person following us around all day with a big camera and microphone in our faces….no thanks, not interested.  I was so uninterested that capturing our day on video was actually pretty low on the list and I didn’t give it much thought.  Weeks of planning passed, more questions asked on what I thought of video, and then I remembered hearing about Storymix through a friend of mine who used the package for her wedding.  After a quick chat with her (thanks, Hollis!) and glance at the website, we decided on a package and placed a deposit!  It was the perfect solution for us!  Instead of gaudy equipment and more people following us around, our memories were captured by friends and family allowing them to become an active participant during the day.  Is the footage perfect?  No!  And that’s what I love about it!  It is sweet, funny, at times crazy but it shows a day that is truly ‘us’ captured by the people we love most.

The best part about Storymix is not the ease of process, the affordability, or the exemplary customer service: Ariane was on the phone with me well into the evening two nights before our wedding as I was panicked that our cameras were delivered to the wrong address!  The carrier could only open a claim, the tracking said ‘delivered’ and the cameras were no where in sight!  As she settled on a solution to have more cameras sent overnight to make it for the wedding, I miraculously received a call from our landlord stating a package had been delivered to him instead of our apartment, two buildings away!  All was okay! Great service and care!

The best part about Storymix was that my grandmother, who could not travel to attend our wedding due to health reasons, was able to record a message for us through the iPhone app and ultimately be a part of our special day.  Something so simple that means more than the world to me!  It is truly a gift to have the words and messages of loved ones recorded and Storymix makes that possible no matter where they live.

We were thrilled with the results of our video!  Ariane took care to make sure we loved the final edits and I found it a very collaborative process working with her.  We laugh and cry…and then cry more because we laugh so hard at the footage and fun moments from the day.  Our beautiful day captured by the ones we love resulting in a video we will love and cherish for years to come!  Thanks Storymix!”
