Tell us what part of your wedding planning you are most proud of.
I am beyond proud of the fact that we made every single thing by ourselves. Kyle and I sat and hand painted, cut, sewed, hot glued, etc. every little thing was made with love and care. We also set up everything without paid help (some family volunteered to help and it was much appreciated), but the vision was all ours.

Where did you get married?
We got married at Solè On The Ocean which is located in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. We had the ceremony out on their private dune, overlooking the beautiful beach and the dinner in their West Wing.

What special moments from your wedding do you want to remember forever?
I never want to forget the look on his face when he saw me (of course, I was running 10 minutes late). Everyone talked about the glow on his face as he said his vows. I also want to remember the love that we felt from all of our guests. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. We had the beautiful sun and ocean and the rain held off long enough for us to finish up our pictures.

How did WeddingMix help capture those moments?
My two friends were in charge of the cameras and got the whole ceremony on camera. My little sister also went around and had all the guests say something during the dinner. I thought that was an amazing gesture.

I love that I was also able to take a camera on our honeymoon to use and capture some very special moments in Hawaii.
