The reception! All of our little details that really personalized the wedding for us, from the matches and photo coasters, to the horseshoes and engraved bottle openers, our guests really felt like we threw the party.

Where was your ceremony?

The church’s name was Holy Family Church in Hicksville, NY, and the reception was held at Old Bethpage Restoration Village in old Bethpage, NY.

Why was using WeddingMix appealing for your big day?

Financially, it was a great option for us. We didn’t have the money to spend on the videographer, but we didn’t want to have our special day without any video it all.

Were there any special moments from your wedding that you want to remember forever?

The high that I felt from getting married to my “bookend” and throwing the best party of our lives. Also, my wild mustang, Talula, being there for pictures.
