1. What were you most proud of with your wedding?

I’m most proud of sticking to my guns and making my wedding a small, intimate dinner party. It’s very easy to feel pressure to invite everyone you know regardless of how close they are to you and your partner. Our 30 person wedding was 100% perfect and I loved every minute of it!

2. Where did the wedding take place?

The Ledges Hotel in Hawley, Pennsylvania. It was an outdoor wedding.

3. Why did you decide to use WeddingMix for your wedding?

With such a small wedding it made no sense to hire a videographer – WeddingMix was perfect for our needs and our friends were happy and entertained in trying to capture the moments of the night.

4. What special moments from your wedding do you want to remember forever?

Dinner the night before with our closest family and friends was such a blast! I want to remember seeing Sean right when I walked down – it was amazing. I also won’t ever forget the moment before I sang my song to Sean – such nerves, but so special. It really made the night memorable.

5. Did WeddingMix help capture those moments?

If not for WeddingMix I might have clips of things but not near what I have now. I’ll also have a way to save it all forever.

6. List some of your wedding budget tips:

(1) Decide up front what you want to splurge on and stick to it.
(2) Talk to your partner about those splurges and see if they can talk you out of it. If they can, then maybe it’s not that big of a deal. If they can’t then it’s important so renegotiate!
